It's a hydraulic pressure silicone cartridgre filling machine. It can be operated by 2 worker. It's quite easy to use but efficient. And it's very low cost. This machine is very suitable for customers who want to import silicone sealant in drums and fill silicone sealants by themselves. The service life of this machine can be over 15years if mantained well.

1. Feeding speed:

The average filling speed is about 32 cartridges/min, it depends on the proficiency level of the operators. The maximum speed can be 40PCS/cartridge.

2. Functions:

1). Press and feeding sealing compounds;

2). The dosing accuracy is less than ± 2.0g per tube;

3). Silicone sealant feeding and plunger inserting should be operated by 2 workers;

4). The plunger injector tool can exhaust air from the cartridges, so the shelf life of silicone sealant can be guaranteed.
